- 第58回造本装幀コンクール 受賞Award Announcement: TOKINOHA Photo Book Wins Japan Paper Association Award
2025年2月に刊行した自費出版のブランド写真集「TOKINOHA」が、第58回造本装幀コンクールにて日本製紙連合会賞を受賞いたしました。
造本装幀コンクールは、造本装幀に携わる人々（出版、印刷、製本、装幀、デザイン）の成果を総合的に評価する国内で唯一のコンクールです。
製本には「ドイツ装」と呼ばれる技法を用い、職人の手で一冊ずつ丁寧に仕上げております。
その仕立てとともに、本書は2026年2月にドイツ・ライプツィヒで開催される「世界で最も美しい本コンクール」に日本代表として出品される運びとなりました。
さらに、同年10月にはフランクフルト・ブックフェアにて展示されるほか、応募作品は国立国会図書館の「原装保存コレクション」として収蔵されます。

We are honored to announce that our self-published brand photo book TOKINOHA, released in February 2025, has received the Japan Paper Association Award at the 58th Book Design and Binding Competition.
This competition is the only one of its kind in Japan, recognizing the achievements of those involved in all aspects of bookmaking—from publishing and printing to binding, cover design, and layout.
The book is bound using a traditional German binding technique (Deutsche Bindung), with each copy carefully hand-finished by skilled artisans.
Reflecting this craftsmanship, the volume has been selected to represent Japan at the Best Book Design from All Over the World competition, to be held in Leipzig, Germany in February 2026. It will also be exhibited at the Frankfurt Book Fair in October of the same year.
In addition, all submitted entries will be preserved in the Original Bookbinding Collection at the National Diet Library of Japan.
